EXCHANGES + CREDITS
Not happy with your purchase? We are more than happy to exchange the item or offer you a credit note which is valid for 6 months.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags intact.
Please email hello@oliveandlily.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase to organise an exchange or credit note.
Please note that the cost of postage is the customers responsibility.

REFUNDS
No refunds unless deemed faulty by store. If you have a faulty item please email hello@oliveandlily.com.au within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

 SHIPPING
We ship all of our items using Australia Post express post satchels with a flat fee of $10. All orders are sent within 2 business days.
Shipping can take 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. 
All International orders will be sent via Australia Post with a flat fee of $20.
Olive + Lily is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
